Our Story

When a loved one of mine was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, everything shifted. What began as a path into healthcare became something much deeper. As a caregiver, I saw first hand how something as simple as hydration could become a daily struggle.

After more than a decade of prioritizing someone else’s needs, I found myself skipping meals, not drinking enough water, and overlooking my own care that I knew to be essential. I was searching for a hydration product that was different. Something intentional, refreshing, and just sweet enough.

And that's when I thought of starting my own:
If not me, who? If not now, when?

Created by someone who has lived two sides of the story, both as a caregiver who needed more and as a pharmacist who set out to make it possible.

Because care should be that simple.
